Flats in Cavoretto
Via San Rocco 6 - TORINO

The flats are located on a wonderful hill near Torino, in the peacefulness of the ancient settlement of Cavoretto. The building, realized in the typical Piemontese style of the XVIII century, faces the private garden with parking area, just next to Parco Europa, one of the most impressive parks of the city.

Thanks to a passionate work of restoring of this rare example of “casa di borgo”, with ligneous balconies and vaulted ceilings, they have been able to preserve its distinctive features. Inside, the original colours of the plaster have been restored and the ancient wooden details have been mantained: niches, rafters and balustrades. The brickwork floor, the stone stairs, the fire-places and the accuracy of every detail create an atmosphere of warm intimacy. The flats are furnished with pieces and drapes belonging to the local tradition, and all the accessories available respect a high technological standard. All this makes these flats defenetly exclusive and ideal both for the tourism and business.

This original “short-let flat” solution can offer privacy and peacefulness in a place of authentic and refined beauty, where the comfort is complemented by the services of a hotel (linen change and cleaning).

The flats have the names of two famous characters who, in the past, decided to live right in Cavoretto for its beauty and the pureness of the air: the matematician Giuseppe Peano and the Orientalist painter Alberto Pasini.
